Markus never thought his sandbox game Minecraft would ever turn out to be such a success. Though, as soon as it hit the internet, it was a huge hit. Now you might be thinking, why would such a simple, old school game be such a hit? Well, play it and you'll see! It consists of multiple cubed minerals and blocks. Not only does it fill you with creativity and fun, it also teaches you important things like architecture, math, and design.
I know for a fact Markus had a plan, and it worked very well. He knew that infinite power isn't all that interesting, so he made it so you could choose. Limited tools while surviving against the odds, or whatever you'd like in just a few clicks.
